These collected bottles are sent to our Material Recovery Facility. Here, they undergo a meticulous process of cleaning, segregation, and pre-processing, setting the stage for their next life through recycling.

The plastic yarn fibres are then sent to skilled weavers where they are woven into renewable fabric.

For the final stage, the fabric is cut and sewn, to be made into an ethically recycled t-shirt.
